Glenn represents plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes, including litigation and arbitration of contract, employment, securities, corporate governance, and business tort claims. His clients have included restaurant owners, telecom companies, private investment bankers, and other small businesses. He has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal class actions. He also counsels new business owners in the formation and operation of limited liability companies and corporations.

 

Glenn’s experience includes complex litigation at the San Francisco firms Gold Bennett Cera & Sidener; Goodin, MacBride, Squieri, Day & Lamprey; and Berman DeValerio.  His pro bono work includes acting as counsel to the directors of Wat Buddhanusorn, the Thai Buddhist temple in Fremont, California. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College (B.A. 1981) and Suffolk University (J.D., cum laude, 1988), where he was a law review editor.
